Cellulite is so misunderstood.
Most people don’t really even know what cellulite is, let alone how to get rid of cellulite fast.
See, as I keep preaching, cellulite is fat. It’s excess fat. Without being to complicated that’s all that it is. I know I know, you’re probably tired of hearing me say that if you’ve read my other post on this blog so far like “can you get rid of cellulite with exercise “.
…But I am going to keep on saying it until I feel that everyone knows and understands this. It is fundatmental and of the utmost importance to really get this because if you don’t you do not know the enemy you are fighting and if you don’t know that then you can’t win the battle.
When you really understand this then you will know that you can’t beat cellulite with creams and other bogus crap. There is no cream that exist that will burn fat. If that were the case then the world (America especially) would not be full of obese people. They would just rub this magic fat burning lotion over them and it would just go away.
Show like The Biggest Loser would not be interesting to watch because it would just be a show of people rubbing fat burning lotion on them.
NOT! You have to get rid of cellulite be attacking fat, by cutting back calories, by exercising to burn calories and build lean muscle to raise your metabolism.
So, the real fight then is with fat. You are really attempting to get rid of excess fat. Excess fat in my definition is fat that you don’t need. Fat that doesn’t really serve a purpose. Yes, that means that not all fat is bad fat, there is some fat that you need, some fat that is “essential fat” for your survival and comfort…
…And then there is excess fat. Fat that creates cellulite, dimples, and cottage cheese on your butt, thighs, stomach, and arms. Embarrassing fat that causes clothes not to fit properly, and you to feel uncomfortable in any clothing that shows your problem areas.
How To Get Rid Of Cellulite With Exercise
1. Cut back calories at least 500 a day. Why? It doesn’t matter how much you exercise, you can totally kill your chances of ever getting rid of cellulite by messing up with your calorie intake. Plus a pound of fat is about 3,500 calories. If you cut back 500 a day with your diet you can lose a pounds of fat a week right there alone.
2. High energy, high calories burning, lean muscle building exercises. These are the types of exercises that you want to do. Exercises that burn the most amount of calories in the least time possible while building lean muscle mass. Like the exercises that I talk about in this post: 3 exercises to get rid of cellulite .
